We need specific information when you place an order. When you order we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and notify you of your order status. We also ask you for your telephone number(s) so that we can contact you easily if required. If the order is paid by WorldPay, a recognised payment processing company, they will need to know your credit/debit card number and expiry date. We do not have access to this information unless Little Folk take a payment directly from you by telephone.

We use the information collected from your personal data to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We may use your personal information to communicate with you via letter, telephone, email or newsletter, for record keeping purposes, to track activity on our site, to improve usefulness and content and to keep you up to date with products and information.

We may in the future use other companies to provide services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering customers’ questions about products or services, sending postal mail and e-mails, analysing data and processing credit card payments. They are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

Little Folk Newsletters
If you receive the Little Folk newsletters your opening of the emailed newsletter is notified to us and saved. Your clicks on the links are also recorded. This helps to give us an indication of the popularity of the content.
