Delivery times
The current dispatch time is 15 working days*, longer for Airmail parcels. Allow 28 days for delivery of deckchairs. Every effort will be made to deliver your order as soon as possible after it has been accepted.
Delivery costs
We try to be as fair as possible with the cost of delivery. We charge less, £4.50, for the small or lightweight orders and slightly more, upto £15.00, for the larger heavier orders. The delivery charge also includes the cost of the packaging too. When you add your gift to the basket you will be able to select the appropriate postal cost for your order.
International delivery costs

Delivery address
Your order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order, please include the postcode too. Please be aware that if you use PayPal Express to checkout, PayPal will automatically complete your delivery address with the one stored in your PayPal account.
Signature required
All of the orders are either sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or MyHermes. Occasionally we also use 48hr ParcelForce for large or bulky orders. If you know that you will be out when the parcels are likely to be delivered please let us know of a 'safe place' that they can be left. Most deliveries will require a signature upon receipt of the parcel unless a 'safe place' is noted on the parcel. If you are unable to sign for the parcel a Royal Mail delivery card will be left with information of the nearest collection point. If the parcel is not collected within 1 week it will be returned to Little Folk. Please be aware that Little Folk will charge the full cost for postage and packaging for re-delivering the package.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We hope that all of the gifts we make and send are received in perfect condition. If you have any complaints about the items that you receive, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the items by telephone or email. We may ask you to send photos of the faults or damage on the items and the associated packaging.
*Working days are Monday - Friday and do not include weekends, bank holidays, Christmas, New Year or public holidays.
