We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR).

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other individuals or companies. If the Buyer takes up any offers or sales with third-party companies through our website or social media, any details the Buyer passes on will be subject to the terms and conditions of that company.

By purchasing from Little Folk you are consenting to your information being used by Little Folk and the necessary suppliers, in order to process your order.

We need specific information when you place an order. When you order we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and notify you of your order status. We also ask you for your telephone number(s) so that we can contact you easily if required. If the order is paid by WorldPay/PayPal, recognised payment processing companies, they will need to know your credit/debit card number and expiry date. We do not have access to this information unless Little Folk take a payment directly from you by telephone.

We use the information collected from your personal data to process orders. We may use your personal information to communicate with you regarding your order via letter, telephone or email. We may also use your information for record keeping purposes, to track activity on our site, to improve usefulness and content.

We may in the future use other companies to provide services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering customers’ questions about products or services, sending postal mail and e-mails, analysing data and processing credit card payments. They are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

We may email the Buyer in the future if the Buyer has opted in to such communications, unless the Buyer requests to be removed from the database.

Little Folk Newsletters
If you have opted-in to receiving our newsletters we will contact you by email to let you know about offers, competitions, product launches and our latest news. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Like most websites Little Folk uses cookies.

These cookies allow websites to remember the choices you make, for example the currency you select for your shopping cart.
The information these cookies collect is usually anonymised which means we can't identify you personally.

Analytics Cookies
In order to keep Little Folk easy to use and up-to-date we use web analytics to help us understand which products or features visitors like best.
The information is anonymous and is only used for statistical purposes.
Web analytics and cookies cannot be used to identify you as they never contain personal information such as your name and email address.
The analytics show the type of browser and keywords used, the country of the viewer, products viewed and the number of minutes spent browsing the website.

Managing Cookies
Most modern browsers will allow you to manage the cookies in your browser. However you should be aware that any preferences will be lost if you delete cookies. This includes where you have opted out from cookies, as this requires an opt-out cookie to be set. if you block cookies completely many websites will not work properly and some functionality will not work.
